Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana ripe and soft for maximum sweetness
  • 0.5 cup frozen berries thaw slightly for easier blending if desired
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter natural or processed, warmed slightly for easier blending
  • 0.25 cup milk almond, oat, or dairy milk works well
  • granola, sliced fruit, honey to taste toppings optional for decoration and crunch

Method
 

  1. Place the banana, frozen berries, peanut butter, and milk into the blender.
  2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is thick, smooth, and vibrant purple-tan in color, with no visible streaks of liquid.
  3. Check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend briefly until creamy and scoopable.
  4. Spoon the thick smoothie mixture into a large bowl, smoothing the top with the back of the spoon.
  5. Decorate with your favorite toppings like granola, sliced fruit, or a drizzle of honey, arranging them artfully on the surface.
  6. Serve immediately with a spoon, enjoying the vibrant colors and satisfying texture.
